Use these forms if you cannot claim Child Benefit online

Fill in Child Benefit form CH2 and send it to the Child Benefit Office. The address is on the form.

If you’re claiming for more than 2 children, complete the additional child CH2(CS) form and send it with your CH2.

You can use the Child Benefit claim notes to help you complete the form.

If you cannot claim online or by using these forms, you can contact HMRC to claim by phone.
